One of my favourite quotes is “Health is Wealth“. Money does of course make you rich, but the positive outcomes that result from good health, including a lower risk of various illnesses and diseases, improved self-esteem, mood, quality of sleep and energy, make you far richer. In my eyes, it is good health and happiness that allow you to live a rich life – above and beyond the amount of money in your bank. Let your body perform at its best for as long as possible. As your coach I will help you develop an improved understanding of nutrition and training as well as advising you on how to create a better work life balance that will allow you to achieve your goals.

We all need a reason to start something new, it gives us that motivation to keep going. The same applies to your health and fitness journey. That’s why I always consult with my clients beforehand to find out what their motives are behind wanting to train.
