ShredX: The Ultimate Time-Effective Workout for Busy Executives

As a personal trainer, I understand that CEOs, CFOs, and business owners have demanding schedules that leave little time for lengthy workouts. That’s why I developed ShredX, a 45-minute workout designed to be time-effective while delivering maximum results. This program combines compound exercises, bodyweight functional exercises, and boxing pad work to help you stay fit and energised, even with a packed schedule.

The ShredX Method

5-Minute Warm-Up
We start with a quick, dynamic warm-up to get your blood flowing and prepare your muscles for the workout. This may include  high knees, and dynamic stretches. The goal is to increase your heart rate and loosen up your joints, reducing the risk of injury.

30-Minute Strength Workout

The core of ShredX is a 30-minute strength workout focused on compound exercises and supersets with bodyweight functional exercises. Compound exercises like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses work multiple muscle groups at once, maximising efficiency and calorie burn. Supersets pair these with bodyweight exercises such as push-ups, planks, and lunges to keep your heart rate up and improve  functional fitness.

Example Routine:
• Squat + Push-Up Superset: 4 sets of 10 reps each
• Deadlift + chin ups Superset: 4 sets of 6 reps each
• Bench Press + butterfly sit ups Superset: 4 sets of 10 reps each
This combination not only builds strength but also improves cardiovascular endurance, making the most of every minute.
10-Minute Finisher with Boxing Pad Work
The final 10 minutes are dedicated to high-intensity boxing pad work. This segment is designed to boost your heart rate, enhance coordination, and provide a fun, stress-relieving end to the workout. Boxing helps improve agility, speed, and overall cardiovascular fitness, ensuring you leave the session feeling empowered and invigorated.
