Training is structured in 12-week blocks, with ongoing coaching and programme adjustment. Sessions are private, flexible, and scheduled around your commitments. Payment is monthly; you can adjust frequency or pause as needed.

What’s included:

  • Private sessions (frequency determined with you)
  • Bespoke programme design and regular updates
  • Performance tracking and monthly reviews
  • Nutrition and recovery guidance
  • Form feedback and injury prevention

Typical engagement: 2–3 sessions per week, 45–60 minutes. Reviews every 4 weeks. 12-week minimum to establish baseline and build momentum. Beyond that, it’s your choice—many clients continue indefinitely.
