Training is structured in 12-week blocks, with ongoing coaching and programme adjustment. Sessions are private, flexible, and scheduled around your commitments. Payment is monthly; you can adjust frequency or pause as needed.
What’s included:
- Private sessions (frequency determined with you)
- Bespoke programme design and regular updates
- Performance tracking and monthly reviews
- Nutrition and recovery guidance
- Form feedback and injury prevention
Typical engagement: 2–3 sessions per week, 45–60 minutes. Reviews every 4 weeks. 12-week minimum to establish baseline and build momentum. Beyond that, it’s your choice—many clients continue indefinitely.
