Private Personal Training in Belgravia: Train Well in Your Home Gym

If you have a home gym in Belgravia, it should make training easier. It should not become a room of equipment you rarely use. The questions are simple: What should you do? How often? How do you progress without wasting time?

I am Will Duru, the coach behind PT Will. I provide private, one-to-one personal training for people who want to get stronger, fitter and more confident while living a busy life. I train clients in their home gyms, with focused coaching, a clear plan and complete discretion. We work around your diary, your goals and the equipment you have.

Home training works when you have a plan

Training at home is convenient. There is no commute, no crowded gym floor and no waiting for equipment. But convenience alone does not create progress. You need structure, sound coaching and a reason to stay accountable.

I build training around your starting point. You may want to build strength, lose body fat, improve your energy, feel confident with weights or get back into a routine. Your plan will reflect your experience, schedule, recovery and home-gym setup.

Every session has a purpose. I coach your technique, manage the pace and explain why you are doing each exercise. The aim is steady, useful progress—not exhaustion for its own sake.

What I offer in your Belgravia home gym

Private personal training should feel personal. I do not give every client the same template. Your coaching can include:

  • One-to-one sessions in your home gym or a local private studio.

  • A bespoke programme, updated as you progress.

  • Form coaching to help you train safely and confidently.

  • Strength and conditioning that supports daily life, performance and long-term health.

  • Progress tracking, monthly reviews and measurements where useful.

  • Nutrition and recovery guidance that fits real life, rather than a restrictive diet.

  • A regular schedule that makes training easier to protect when work is busy.

Many clients begin with two or three 45- to 60-minute sessions a week. I often use 12-week blocks, which give us time to build a baseline and create momentum. If work, travel or family life changes, we adjust the plan instead of abandoning it.

How we start

We begin with a free consultation. I want to understand your goal and why it matters to you. It might be more strength, a change in body composition, preparation for an event or more energy through the working day. A clear reason helps you stay consistent.

Then we set realistic short- and long-term goals. I assess your cardiovascular fitness, mobility, flexibility and strength, and take measurements if they will help us track progress. I also look at your training history, weekly routine and home-gym setup.

I then build a programme that fits. If you are new to strength training, we start with the basics. If you already train, I can help you improve your technique, sharpen your structure and move beyond a plateau. If you are returning after time away or injury, I work at a suitable pace and around any appropriate clinical advice.

Make your home gym work for you

You do not need a showpiece gym to train well. You need the right equipment for your goals and a program that uses it properly. If you already have a home gym, I will make the most of the space. If you are building one, I can advise on practical equipment and fitting choices so that you spend money where it counts.

The best setup is not always the one with the most machines. It is the one that supports the training you will do every week. I will help you choose a setup that fits your goals, space and preferred way of training, then show you how to use it well.

Home training is private and convenient: no crowded gym floor or competing timetable. That can make exercise a reliable part of the day.

Coaching that continues between sessions

You are not simply paying for an hour of exercise. My job is to help you build the knowledge and routine to train well beyond our sessions. I want you to know what you are doing and why it moves you towards your goal.

We review your progress regularly and update your program when needed. If work becomes demanding, we find a realistic way to keep training in place. If you travel, I can also support you with online personal training, so your routine does not disappear when you leave London.

This gives you accountability without requiring perfection. A missed session does not mean you have failed. We make a sensible adjustment and continue.

Who can I help

My private personal training is for busy people in Belgravia who want focused support and a plan they can follow. You may be a business owner, executive, parent or professional with a full diary. You may be new to strength training, or you may already train but feel your progress has stalled.

I can help you get stronger, improve your fitness, build better habits, lose body fat, improve your technique or feel more in control of your health. I can also help if you need someone to keep you accountable when work and life compete for your attention.

I do not offer a quick fix. Real progress comes from a plan you can repeat, guidance you can trust and the patience to stay consistent. The work should challenge you, but it should also fit your life.

Start with a conversation

If you are based in Belgravia and want private personal training in your home gym, I would be happy to talk. We can discuss your goals, your schedule and the support you need, then decide whether we are a good fit.

A stronger, fitter and more confident you does not need a complicated plan. It needs the right one. Book a free consultation with me through PT Will, and let’s make your home gym work for you.

When to pause and get advice

Training should never leave you worse off. Stop and speak to a health professional if you notice any of these.

  • Bleeding that gets heavier or turns pink or red after activity.
  • A stomach that still bulges or feels floppy more than six weeks after birth, or any loss of bladder or bowel control.
  • A heavy or dragging feeling in your pelvis.
  • Pain at a caesarean scar or at the site of a tear.
  • Ongoing back or pelvic pain.

I’d rather pause a session than push through something that needs checking.
